Self-Training Programme (3)
Across all great teams in the history of CHS Floorball, one thing stands in common - the dedication to excellence.
​
With the implementation of e-CCA, this is an opportunity to refresh and level up our self-training programmes. I hope this time spend together online will go towards building better bonds with each other, and towards better chemistry on the court when training resumes.
​
As we push on with our work, we should also keep an eye on what others may be doing. Some of your future opponents may not be training at all, some may be working as hard or even harder than you at this very moment. In order to be at the top, you need to put in your 100% effort, physically and mentally. The rewards you reap is not determined by what you do the day before, but by what you do every day in the months and years prior.
​
Find your own ways to make time for this, and do it safely in view of the current social distancing measures. There is now a more comprehensive self-reporting system which will be very useful in the monitoring of your efforts by everyone. Have the integrity to do so accurately and encourage each other to put in the effort. We will see the results of your efforts when training resumes. You want to get ahead? Now is the time.

Move forward, and you have a chance to catch up and stay up, remain still and you will be left behind.
